Returns and Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not, please contact us via e-mail at as soon as possible after receiving your jewellery. We will work with you to refund or exchange your purchase and put a smile on your face.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for 30 days from the day of shipping.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including documentation.

Items must be unworn.

Customer must contact us at to receive a Return Authorization Number which must be used for purposes of the return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and are non-refundable without it.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Shipping return fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges will be considered as per the above and must be reasonably concluded within a 30 day period, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Louro and Silver Jewellery.

Items are insured up to $100 through the shipping company (Canada Post). Please consider getting added insurance depending on the value of your purchase.

Items damaged through the shipping process are not the responsibility of Louro and Silver Jewellers. We recommend contacting the carrier service directly.

Louro and Silver Jewellery reserves the right to reasonably refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item to be returned or exchanged, and if the 30 day time limit has been surpassed.

We will inspect the item after it has been returned to ensure it is in the same condition as it was sent. At this point a reversal of charge will be immediately made through the customer’s original method of payment. This can take up to 48 hours, for inspection and reversal. Please allow your bank or other institution additional time to make the appropriate adjustments. As each institution has its own methods and timelines, please check with them for any delays.
